Concordia College offers three nursing projects: the Traditional Undergraduate program, the Post-Baccalaureate project, and a RN to BS program.

The Traditional Undergraduate system is intended for first-year and students from another school and gives courses to customary college understudies who look for a Bachelor of Science degree. The Post-Baccalaureate project is a quickened, 15-month Bachelor of Science system for understudies with a Bachelor's Degree in another field. The RN to BS system is intended for Registered Nurses who look for a Bachelor's Degree to propel their professions.

In 2014, Concordia College's nursing understudies had a 87.8% pass rate for first-time RN NCLEX test-takers.
